CUSTOMS

Orders addressed to within the USA will not have to pass through customs, and will not incur any customs fees.

Orders addressed to an International address, outside of USA, will have to pass through customs. We cannot control delays for any packages that must pass through your countries customs office. You should not be charged any additional costs, although we cannot guarantee this. If you are charged a customs fee to release the product, this is not our cost, you will have to cover these costs.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost in the mail, we will do our best to work with the carriers to locate it. If your package is LOST or HAS NOT marked as "DELIVERED" in the tracking, we will send you a replacement item but we will NOT refund you. 

If your package is marked as "DELIVERED" and you claim to not have the package, we will NOT refund or send you another replacement. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Correct addresses must be provided during checkout to ensure a safe delivery. Please TRIPLE CHECK your details before placing your order.

Order Confirmation Emails, containing your Shipping Information, will be received immediately after you place your order. Please check to make sure your details are correct.

If an error is made, please notify us IMMEDIATELY by responding to your Order Confirmation Email. We will do our best to correct the details in time, to ensure your package is delivered to you safely.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESSES ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED. If your package is shipped before we are able to change your address, you may either wait and see if your package is delivered, or you can place another order in the meantime.

Packages with incorrect addresses may be delivered back to our shipping centre. Once received back in the shipping centre, we will issue you a full refund immediately. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address, we will not be able to issue you a refund.

We cannot guarantee an address change request will occur in time, before shipment. PLEASE make sure you check your address details thoroughly before placing your order.

RETURN TO SENDER

If a ‘Return to Sender’ scan occurs due to an incorrect address issue, or if your package is not collected from your nearby pickup location as stated on your tracking, in a reasonable amount of time, you will be refunded your purchase price once your package is returned to our shipping centre.

DELIVERY POLICY

We use reliable shipping services with ‘door to door’ tracking. 

If your package tracking displays a ‘Delivered’ scan and you did not receive your package, it is likely located at a nearby Delivery Office or Post Office. Please contact the shipping carrier responsible for your package delivery, and provide them with your tracking number, so they can look into the whereabouts of your package for you.

If your package tracking displays a ‘Delivered’ scan but your package has not been delivered to a nearby Delivery Office or Post Office, we will not be able to reissue a package or refund the order.
