In the unlikely event that you find this is not the case with your WhiteSmile experience please read the below.

To qualify for our money back guarantee simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Take a photo of your teeth before using our teeth whitening kit.
  2. Take a photo of your teeth after completion of the kit, along with a photo of the used product.
  3. Email our customer experience team (hello@whitesmileteeth.com) with the above.
  4. Your application will be processed within 3-5 days of submission.

Please note that our Money Back Guarantee only applies for the first purchase of a teeth whitening kit and excludes all other products/future kit orders.

Please remember to submit your application within 30 days of receiving the product/s and that the photos have valid date and time stamps.

The full refund will be provided only if the product(s) are returned in its original plastic wrapping (sealed) and includes all original packing material, original manuals and instructions, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will NOT be accepted. In no circumstances will a mouthpiece be refunded once used or placed in water.

If your treatment is unopened, and still in the condition you received it, you can also request to exchange your product for another of same value.

*Please note: products such as our WhiteSmile LED Light and WhiteSmile Gel Pens must be used with the WhiteSmile products they were intended for. No refunds will be issued for these auxiliary products if they are used with other devices or products that have not been purchased from WhiteSmile.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any return shipping costs. If after inspection, the product is deemed defective, the amount of the shipping cost may be partially or fully refunded on receipt of proof of the amount. The refund will be limited to the cost of the item being returned to us via regular mail only. If the item is sent to us via another method, such as express or registered post, a partial refund of only the actual regular mail cost will be refunded.

In the case of returns where "Free Postage" is offered on your purchase, the actual postage costs for us will be deducted from the total cost of your order. You should email us beforehand to find out your full entitled refund amount.
